## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责IT基础设施的规划、设计与项目实施。包括数据中心、网络架构、服务器与存储系统、数据库及各类运维工具平台的选型、建设、部署与升级。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
- 具有8年及以上大型数据中心规划、设计、运维和管理经验，有项目管理、网络、存储和信息安全相关的资质认证为佳，具有金融机构数据中心相关工作经验者优先；
- 对数据中心的网络架构规划、存储设备规划、Linux\Unix操作系统、主流服务器和通信设备、自主可控、信息安全防护等技术领域有丰富的实践经验和深入的了解，熟悉主流软硬件设备的技术参数和优劣势；熟悉金融行业技术标准，了解相关的监管政策和法规；
- 认同自身的职业方向，具有优秀的文档和报告编写能力，曾负责部门级总体规划或总结报告；良好的统筹规划能力、沟通和表达能力，能够有效地与不同层级团队进行沟通交流；优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，能够快速适应新的技术和环境；具有强烈的责任心和抗压能力。
