## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 研究股票、基金、行业数据，进行数据分析与数据挖掘；
- 构建有效因子，通过因子有效性测试框架；
- 辅助搭建多因子回测和业绩归因体系；
- 辅助搭建基金评价系统；
- 开发智能体skill，辅助部门完成其他量化分析任务。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机、金融工程、物理等相关专业；
- 熟练使用Python，具备扎实的数理基础和严谨的研究习惯；
- 具备多因子模型项目经验或量化相关实习经历者优先。
