## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责空中柜面接入的保全、理赔等各类业务办理；
- 负责空中柜面客户操作指导，指导客户流畅使用；
- 负责空中柜面在线咨询，为客户提供咨询服务、解答客户问题；
- 负责空中柜面客户投诉等疑难业务转办及闭环跟踪；
- 负责空中柜面高端客户的视频接待、业务办理、咨询解答等；
- 负责根据公司业务需要，赋予空中柜员的其他服务职能。

### Qualifications
- 原则上硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、金融、经济、法律等相关专业优先；
- 具有较强的责任意识及团队协作精神；
- 具有良好的学习思考能力、逻辑思维能力及沟通协调能力；
- 具有保险运营服务相关工作经验者优先。
