### Responsibilities

负责三级机构银行渠道培训体系搭建与实施、市场研究与经营追踪、销售全流程督导，银行客户活动组织策划、外训培训支持等工作 Qualifications: 1、2027年应届毕业生，大学本科及以上学历。 2、保险、金融专业优先。 3、具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。 4、学生干部、社团负责人优先。 5、具有大型企业实习经验者，具有保险行业实习经验者优先。
