## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 完成交易所场内交易指令，主要包括A股、港股、场内ETF基金等品种；
- 熟练掌握算法交易，优化交易策略，具备一定的量化分析和编程能力；
- 能够与投资经理良好沟通，在合法合规前提下尽可能满足投资经理要求；
- 按照监管要求，完成数据上传、监管报送等内容；
- 配合完成部门内其他事务性工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，经济金融等相关专业优先；
- 熟悉证券交易所各类交易品种，了解交易规则，能够灵活运用算法交易，优化交易策略；
- 为人正直善良，责任心强，有较好的合规意识，活泼开朗，善于与人沟通；
- 具备金融机构股票交易工作经验，工作年限2-4年为宜。
