## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 营销渠道绩优发展规划与实施策略的制定；
- 渠道荣誉激励活动组织实施；
- 公司内外部资源的发掘与协同，赋能绩优队伍持续成长体系研究与实施推广；
- 绩优荣誉体系制定及宣导推广；
- 绩优建设追踪、督导、典范萃取与推广；
- 新人长效培养与留存模式的建设、实施、萃取与推广。

### Qualifications

1.原则上硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、金融、管理、经济等相关专业优先； 2.8年以上大型寿险公司工作经验，具有5年以上个险渠道队伍管理和绩优建设相关经验优先； 3.深刻理解寿险行业营销队伍发展趋势和绩优建设工作重要意义，负责绩优建设方案设计、荣誉体系搭建、配套权益协调、机构追踪督导等工作。
