## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 销售策划与推广实施；
- 基本法与制度推动;
- 协助外勤做好增员活动、增员面谈、新人送训;
- 与当地代理单位的沟通协调与业务培训;
- 落实总、分、 中支公司销售风险排查、督导整改工作。

### Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，⾦融保险、市场营销或其他经济管理类专业；
- 政治素质好，中共党员优先；
- 拥有良好的沟通能⼒、表达能⼒和团结协作能⼒；
- 做事认真仔细，富有责任⼼。
