## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责四级机构日常经营管理工作，完成分公司下达的各项工作任务，提升市场占有率。
- 制定相应计划，做好组织发展，通过队伍建设实现良性发展。
- 落实各项业务运营流程，控制经营管理风险。
- 协调资源配置，确保各项资源使用效率。
- 进行当地内外部沟通维护，建立良好经营环境。

### Qualifications
- 中共党员优先，政治素质好，政治站位较高，理想信念坚定，对党忠诚，将讲政治摆在首要位置。热爱寿险事业，具有较强的内驱力、事业心和责任担当精神，认同公司文化；合规风控意识强，恪守职业道德、行业行为准则、各项规章制度。
- 学历应在大学本科及以上。
- 具有较强的执行力、销售管理能力、综合管理能力、创新能力，善于科学合理调配资源，善于培养下属，有较强的合规风控意识、市场竞争意识、成本效益意识。
- 需具备3年以上寿险机构管理经验，具有大型四级机构主要负责人经历优先。在寿险业务渠道管理、组织发展及机构队伍建设等方面具有相关专业知识储备，专业能力突出者优先。
- 满足监管规定的任职资格条件。
