## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 渠道外训策划、实施落地的衔接；渠道项目策划及服务支持；
- 渠道管理制度建设；
- 渠道合作网点综合管理；
- 客户生态资源整合推动。实施、追踪等。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、经济、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 具有3年及以上相关的工作经验，有一定的金融行业工作经验‌；
- 具备较强的学习能力，熟练使用办公软件，文字功底扎实；
- 具备较强的沟通及协作能力，工作适用性强，具有一定的抗压能力。
