## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 落实总、分公司销售风险排查、督导整改工作、管理销售人员资格、销售人员投诉受理与处理
- 营销员活动量管理，例如日常出勤及活动量管理，条线会报体系管理
- 推广总、分公司统一的展业工具，配合当地业务需求设计销售辅助工具或提交工具采购需求
- 产品销售追踪，产品推广组织实施

### 公司产品、业务、管理制度等方面的宣导，推广总、分公司各类销售训练专题，销售训练活动组织实施，销售训练工作日常管理 Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 经济学相关专业、金融学专业优先。
- 具有较强的沟通和表达能力，学习能力，团队意识和组织能力，抗压能力强，灵活的商业头脑和创新能力，具有挑战精神。
- 学生干部、社团负责人优先，具有大型企业实习经验者优先。
