## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责中支营销队伍发展规划与组织实施，开展营销渠道增员活动推动、增员工具推广等人力发展相关工作;负责优质增员建设，赋能业务发展;落实执行营销基本法制度，开展营销队伍人员管理；完成分公司交办的其他事项。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，信念坚定，中共党员优先。
- 具备大学本科及以上学历。
- 年龄原则上40岁及以下，特别优秀的，可放宽至45岁及以下。
- 具有相关工作经验，优先考虑具有国家机关、同业及大中型企业工作经验的人员。
- 过往工作绩效表现良好，熟悉营销与组织发展业务，市场开拓能力强，有业务、团队资源者优先。
