### 组发规划
- 市场研究、队伍发展规划；组织发展目标制定与下发；

### 政策制定
- 政策制定、实施、推动与评估等；

### 质效评估
- 组织发展质效评估与追踪。

### Qualifications

1.原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、金融、人力资源等岗位职能相关专业； 2.2年及以上相关工作经验； 3.能灵活运用各类办公软件； 4.善于沟通，有较强文字功底。
