## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 渠道客户资源管理制度的制定与实施
- 渠道客户资源分析及队伍发展规划的应用研究
- 渠道客户资源管理流程制定及实施

### 渠道客户资源管理的配套系统建设 Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，有3年及以上工作经验，有组织发展相关岗位经验者优先；
- 对数据敏感，有较好的文字功底和创新意识；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力及语言表达能力；
- 有团队精神、工作责任心强；
- 有较强的应变能力,拥有良好的讲授口才,授课和主持的经验丰富。
