## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责搭建公司黄金投资体系并不断优化；
- 根据公司配置计划，负责制定具体的黄金交易策略并执行；
- 开展黄金投资研究分析并建立投研体系；
- 制定并完善公司黄金投资相关制度，根据实际情况开展交易及管理系统的建设工作；
- 负责组织黄金业务相关的内外部报告及数据管理。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历；
- 经济、金融、数学、统计、金融工程等相关专业，熟悉上海黄金交易所交易业务规则，通过黄金交易从业资格考试；
- 具有3年以上银行、券商贵金属自营交易经验者优先；
- 执行力强，有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，工作认真，严谨细致；
- 责任心强，能接受一定强度的工作压力，有创新性。
