## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责分公司管理干部的调配、考核、任免、退出管理。
- 负责下辖机构管理人员任职资格辅导与培养。
- 组织实施后备干部的选拔、培养、考核与使用，推进梯队建设与人才发展。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，管理类、人力资源类、金融类相关专业，硕士研究生优先。
- 政治面貌需为中共党员。
- 有强烈责任心与大局观，严守保密原则，认同企业核心文化，能适应快节奏工作，承受一定业务压力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力及文字写作能力，学习能力强，能适应行业变化与企业发展需求，并能运用数据进行干部管理分析与报告撰写。
- 有3年以上大型寿险企业或人力资源相关工作经验者优先。
