### Responsibilities

负责四级机构银团渠道拓展与维护、产品销售推动、客户活动落地、培训组织推动、运营服务支持、销售行为及合规管理等 Qualifications:
- 大学本科及以上学历。
- 具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力、强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 熟悉保险基础知识和银行代理业务运作模式。
- 具有银行或保险行业类似工作经验。
