## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 紧跟居家养老行业及其科技发展趋势，调研业务展业需求，整体规划产品方案，制定具体实施路径，推动落实近期及远期目标；
- 独立完成用户需求分析、产品设计，撰写产品需求文档，对接系统开发团队，推进产品的开发、升级和迭代；
- 验收产品研发成果，确保产品交付品质；
- 持续追踪产品上线后的运营情况，制定产品改进方案。

### Qualifications

1.原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历； 2.3年及以上互联网产品开发、设计经验； 3.熟悉需求获取和分析、产品规划、功能设计等产品设计工作； 4.熟悉项目管理，能有效统筹内外部资源，按时保质完成项目工作； 5.熟悉Axure、墨刀和visio、word、ppt等需求分析和产品设计工具； 6.善于沟通，责任心及逻辑思维强，能积极主动思考和推动产品发展； 7.具有健康、医疗、养老服务公司信息化、智慧化方案设计和建设经验者优先。
