## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 建立与完善业务数据收集追踪体系，收集汇各条线数据，对达成情况进行追踪；
- 收集分析行业及同业数据，结合业务情况进行研究分析并完成相关报告；
- 负责牵头制作并上报股东、董事会、总裁办公会等要求的公司经营及战略实施月度、季度等报告；
- 归口管理监管统计报送相关工作，牵头向监管机构、政府部门及行业协会等报送公司统计信息；
- 牵头负责公司数据中心的建设和维护，促进数据质量提升；
- 为其他部门对外提供公司级报告给予协助支持；
- 完成公司交办的其他事项。

### Qualifications
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历学位，金融、保险、统计、经济、管理、计算机等相关专业优先；
- 具有较强的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力，学习能力与适应性强，能够灵活的应对新问题、新变化；
- 熟练运用Excel、word、PPT等办公软件，具有扎实的文字功底和书面表达能力；
- 具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，能够较好的开展跨部门工作对接和统筹协调。
- 工作作风严谨细致、责任心强，具备较强的执行力与时间观念。
