## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责设计公司生态领域专属服务运营及管理流程，结合业务场景，梳理权益分类，搭建权益运营数据指标体系；
- 负责实施常态化服务运营，监控关键权益运营数据，开展费用管理；
- 负责提升用户权益服务体验管理，关注用户在权益获取、使用、咨询、投诉等环节的体验，推动权益说明、用户提示、客服口径、权益入口等体验优化，持续完善权益内容和使用规则；
- 对接公司技术、运营、财务、法务合规等部门，推动权益体系相关需求落地；
- 协助制定权益预算，跟踪权益成本投入情况，评估权益发放可能带来的业务风险、合规风险和用户体验风险，并制定应对措施；
- 协调解决权益系统、流程、规则、数据等方面的问题，推动系统平台运营维护及系统功能迭代优化。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销、金融学等相关专业优先；
- 具有战略咨询、市场研究、商务拓展（BD）、互联网产品运营、项目管理等相关实习经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、研究分析能力以及报告撰写能力和良好的团队合作精神；
- 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
