## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 开展市场、队伍、机构、客户调研，撰写分析报告，研究外部创新项目、保险科技的应用可行性，设立创新项目；
- 制定高净值客户开发、经营、成长等方面的可行性策略与高净值客户产品发展规划，协助高净值客户专属产品开发工作；
- 搭建高净值客户分层、分群、全生命周期管理体系，完善营销、服务流程，深化重点场景挖掘分析。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，经济、金融、会计、保险等相关专业背景；
- 具备2年以上高客经营相关工作经验，熟悉或从事过行业研究、高客经营等相关领域；
- 具有较强的创新思维、组织协调能力和表达能力。
