## Job description

### 战略规划
- 开展互联网业务发展规划与战略路径分析，制定经营计划并监督实施。

### 市场企划
- 研究监管形势、市场与竞品分析、用户需求，定期编制研究报告，组织行业交流，负责渠道活动策划及落地实施。

### 业务督导
- 统筹自营业务与三方合作业务的经营数据分析，定期编制研究报告，为业务决策提供支持。

### Qualifications

1.原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、经济学、统计学、管理学等相关专业； 2.3年以上寿险公司或互联网平台公司战略咨询、经营分析或企划相关工作经验； 3.具备敏锐的市场洞察力，良好的报告撰写、数据分析与运营执行能力，较强的学习能力与良好的团队协作精神，精通办公类、数据类工具。
