## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责营销队伍发展规划与组织实施，开展营销渠道增员活动推动、增员工具推广等人力发展相关工作；负责优质增员建设，赋能业务发展；落实执行营销基本法制度，开展营销队伍人员管理；完成公司交办的其他事项。

### Qualifications
- 对党忠诚，政治素质好，中共党员优先。
- 具有较强的内驱力、事业心和责任担当精神，热爱寿险事业，恪守职业道德、行业行为准则、监管要求和公司规章制度，有良好的行业口碑声誉。
- 大学本科及以上学历，具备招聘岗位相应的职务职级，过往工作绩效表现良好，熟悉营销与组织发展业务，市场开拓能力强，优先考虑具有大中型企业或同业工作经验的人员。
- 有业务、团队资源者优先。
- 符合公司各项制度规定的任职条件及内外部任职回避要求。
