## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 银行渠道业务拓展与关系维护。
- 银行渠道客户活动策划、推动及工具支持等。
- 构队伍发展规划、实施、督导等。
- 同业市场研究、销售策略制定、产品推动等。
- 财富、团体渠道的销售管理。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具备10年以上寿险营销相关经验，5年以上基层管理者经验（有银代工作经验优先）；
- 熟悉寿险发展规律，具备良好的统筹规划、决策判断、业务推动、团队管理及组织协调能力，有成熟的条线管理经验，所辖条线业绩达成优异；
- 具有良好的个人品行，具有遵纪守法、合规经营意识，从业背景调查、廉政及档案审查无影响任职的情形；
- 共产党员优先，同等条件下年轻干部优先。
