## Job description

### Responsibilities

工作职责：
- 分公司大个险渠道培训战略规划与统筹管理；
- 分公司培训体系搭建与管理；
- 公司培训制度执行与优化；
- 分公司外勤人才梯队建设与专项培训实施；
- 督导中支培训赋能工作与组训团队建设。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，具有较强的内驱力、事业心和责任担当精神，热爱寿险事业，认同公司文化，恪守职业道德、行业行为准则、监管要求和公司规章制度，有良好的行业口碑声誉。
- 学历为大学本科及以上。
- 身体健康，能够满足岗位工作需要。 4..具有较强的执行力、综合管理能力、改革创新能力，善于科学合理调配资源，善于培养下属，有较强的合规风控意识。 5.具有中大型金融企业业务培训管理工作经验者优先。
