## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 组织制定四级机构业务发展长期规划与年度任务目标达成计划并监督落实，定期追踪进展情况并指导改进，确保全面达成业务目标。
- 督导下辖营销团队业务开展和组织运作，指导制定营销企划方案并监督落实，分析并改善业务指标，以全面推动业务发展。
- 组织安排客户服务活动，确保各项工作顺利进行。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，政治站位较高，理想信念坚定，对党忠诚，将讲政治摆在首要位置。热爱寿险事业，认同公司文化，恪守职业道德、行业行为准则、监管要求和公司规章制度，有良好的行业口碑声誉。
- 学历为大学本科及以上，中共党员优先。
- 具有较强的执行力、销售管理能力、综合管理能力、改革创新能力，善于科学合理调配资源，善于培养下属，有较强的合规风控意识、市场竞争意识、成本效益意识。
- 具有丰富的寿险机构管理经验，担任大型四级机构主要负责人经历优先。在寿险业务渠道管理、组织发展及机构队伍建设等方面的具有相关专业知识储备，专业能力突出者优先。
- 过往工作绩效表现良好。
- 满足监管规定的任职资格条件。 7.90后优先
