## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责四级机构银保渠道业务拓展与维护，完成公司下达的经营计划，产品销售与推动，客户活动落地，外勤队伍搭建，队伍发展规划推广及基础管理，绩优荣誉体系建设，各类培训推动，销售行为及合规管理。

### Qualifications

（一）基础任职要求 1.

### 基本条件

将政治标准放在首位，信念坚定、勤勉务实、敢于担当、清正廉洁，身体健康，能够正常任职。 2.

### 学历条件

具有大学本科及以上学历。 （二）专业胜任条件 1.行业经验与业绩表现 具有5年以上保险或银行从业经历，其中至少3年以上银保渠道经验；近3年内有较为稳定的管理业绩表现，具备推动团队业务增长的实际经验，获得相关专业资格证书者优先。 2.渠道资源与沟通能力 熟悉石家庄本地银保市场环境，具备一定的银行渠道人脉资源；有与银行网点或分行层级进行业务对接的实务经验；能够协助中支逐步建立与核心银行网点的稳定合作关系。
