## Job description

### 市场研究
- 对行业发展趋势、监管政策导向等进行研究；同业交流及调研、同业主体策略研究及应对举措；

### 发展规划
- 渠道中长期发展规划研究与制定；渠道年度经营策略研究与制定、经营计划编制；

### 经营分析
- 渠道经营数据统计及经营情况分析；渠道考核政策制定及绩效追踪。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、保险、统计、经济等相关专业；
- 具有较强的逻辑思维、分析研究及公文写作能力；
- 精通Office办公软件，具备一定的数据处理分析能力；
- 具备较强的工作责任心、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
