## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 代理渠道管理制度的制定与推行；
- 代理业务计划与策略制定；
- 代理业务专员管理；
- 系统建设与优化；
- 销售数据统计与对外报送。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历；
- 保险学、金融学、经济学、统计学、管理或相关专业优先；
- 具有财产保险相关专业知识，懂产品、运营流程、合规要求；
- 具备良好的逻辑分析、综合管理、沟通协作、组织推动培训和文字表达能力，以及良好的执行力及抗压力，能够独立承担专项工作；
- 熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件。
