## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责干部员工日常管理监督各项工作；
- 负责分公司选人用人工作监督检查；
- 负责组织人事监督问责有关工作；
- 负责党委民主生活会有关工作的组织实施。
- 完善公司绩效管理流程，制定绩效考核方案等，组织实施分公司各级人员的绩效考核工作；
- 配合上级党委组织部开展相关工作。

### Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或管理大类、经济类或数学等理工科类相关专业优先；
- 有较强的逻辑分析能力、数据敏感度和系统思维能力，具有较好的文字功底；
- 具有良好的人际理解、沟通和团队合作能力；
- 学习力、主动性及执行力强，工作严谨、认真。
