## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责子公司统筹管理，牵头开展子公司经营管理整体性工作，组织并协调推动公司交办的子公司管理事项、 专项议题及重点项目。 2.负责子公司的日常管理工作，牵头组织子公司有关设立、变更、撤销等相关工作，牵头组织对子公司下设分支机构等工作进行备案。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，保险、数学、统计、金融、精算、经济学等相关专业背景，具备扎实的专业知识基础。
- 具有良好的逻辑分析能力、沟通能力和文字表达能力，能清晰撰写分析报告并进行有效汇报；具备较强的执行力，能够高效推进并完成工作任务。
- 为人正直诚信，具备良好的职业操守和团队协作精神，爱岗敬业，具备责任心和担当意识，能够在工作中保持积极主动的态度。
- 工作严谨细致，具备高度责任心，对风险及政策变化有较强的敏感度；能够适应一定强度的工作压力，保持稳定心态；具备创新思维，能在合规基础上持续优化工作方法与流程。
