## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司品牌相关各类宣传文案的撰写、编辑与审核工作。
- 负责抖音、小红书等新媒体线上平台账号运营维护，策划对外品牌传播内容，独立完成视频拍摄、后期剪辑、包装输出，打造公司对外品牌形象。
- 策划并落地品牌相关宣传活动，统筹视频拍摄、剪辑等内容产出工作。
- 开展媒体合作关系对接与运营管理，做好媒体沟通协调。
- 对接内外部品宣相关团队，做好跨团队协作沟通。
- 完成领导交办的其他相关工作。

### Qualifications
- 中共党员优先，大学本科及以上学历，广播电视编导、数字媒体技术、网络与新媒体等相关专业优先。
- 具备1—3年抖音、小红书等新媒体平台运营相关工作经验者优先。
- 熟练掌握视频拍摄、剪辑、AI技能，且具备优秀的文案撰写能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，责任心强，职业素养高。
