## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 新契约承保制度制定、模式优化、流程精益
- 新契约承保KPI与质量管理
- 新契约承保单证设计与管理
- 承保业务系统建设与功能持续优化
- 新产品新契约承保功能支持
- 销售支持与服务创新

### 新契约承保合规管理等 Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历学位，保险、金融、管理、经济等相关专业，保险公司新契约承保工作经验3年以上，有总部工作经验优先；
- 有较强的统筹协调能力、具备一定管理规划能力及良好的服务意识，具有高度责任心和团队合作精神
- 熟悉国家及监管机构最新法律法规、监管政策，具备较强的合规风险识别与把控能力。
