## Job description

### 交易执行
- 完成资金、现券、基金、存款等场外组交易品种的交易执行工作；

### 市场监测与分析
- 跟踪宏观经济、货币政策、资金面与机构行为，撰写交易日报，为交易工作提供策略支持；

### 交易对手维护与拓展
- 维护银行间交易对手，拓展合作广度深度，提升交易效率；

### 沟通协调
- 与公司内上下游部门、交易对手保持良好沟通，保障交易顺畅与合规安全；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、经济等相关专业；
- 做事细心、严谨，能够主动担当作为；
- 有较强的学习能力和抗压能力，以及良好的团队意识。
