## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司数据库架构设计、规划与优化，负责数据库日常运维管理，包括备份恢复、性能监控、故障排查、安全加固等核心工作；
- 负责公司数据治理体系建设，包括数据标准、数据质量、数据安全、数据生命周期管理；
- 负责数据质量监控和评估，建立质量指标体系，跟踪问题整改；
- 参与数据资产梳理和管理，建立资产目录，实现数据资产化管理；
- 推动业务部门参与数据治理，协调解决跨部门治理问题；
- 负责数据治理工具选型、部署和应用，提升治理工作效率；
- 跟踪行业最佳实践，持续优化公司数据治理体系。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、统计学、金融学等相关专业；
- 有金融行业数据库管理（DBA）、数据治理相关实习经验者优先；
- 熟悉数据治理方法论和工具，了解数据标准、数据质量、数据安全等知识；
- 具备数据建模能力，了解数据仓库、数据湖等数据存储架构；
- 掌握SQL语言，熟悉至少一种数据质量工具（如InformaticaDataQuality、Talend）；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和文档编写能力，能推动跨部门协作；
- 有DAMA认证或其他数据治理相关认证者优先，通过证券/基金从业资格考试者优先。
