## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 分公司系统人才配置与招聘管理；
- 分公司专业人才发展体系建设与规范管理；
- 分公司干部人才工作日常管理与体制机制优化；
- 公司HR专业体系建设。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、保险、心理学、人力资源等相关专业；
- 中共党员（含预备党员）优先，学习能力强，具有相关工作经验优先；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织能力和分析研究能力，工作细致认真，原则性强，具较强的敬业精神和责任心；
- 熟练应用办公软件，具有较好的公文写作技能。
