## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 渠道开拓维护。合作渠道沟通维护，新业务渠道开拓；
- 渠道合作推动。制定渠道业务推动方案，推动实施渠道专题合作项目，推动和督导渠道业务发展；
- 渠道合作协议沟通、签署，新产品准入、费率谈判，存量产品续签；
- 渠道会训组织，渠道会议组织、实施、追踪等。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、经济、市场营销等相关专业优先；
- 具有3年及以上相关的工作经验，有银行、寿险行业经验的优先；
- 具备较强的学习能力，熟练使用办公软件，文字功底扎实；
- 具备较强的沟通及协作能力，工作适用性强，具有一定的抗压能力。
