## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助投资经理推进未上市股权、私募股权基金项目的项目开发、尽职调查、商业谈判、交易执行等工作；
- 协助投资经理开展日常投后管理工作；
- 协助开展部门业务数据报送等综合性工作；
- 领导安排的其他临时性工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历，财务会计、经济法、金融学、经济学等财经类专业，或信息技术、生物医药、材料科学等工科专业，复合专业背景者优先；
- 具备基础的财务、金融知识储备，擅长数据处理、报表制作及文稿撰写；
- 具有较强的学习能力，工作认真细致、严谨负责，具备较强的责任心和抗压能力；
- 善于沟通协作，服从工作安排，具有良好的团队合作意识；
- 持有CFA、CPA证书者优先。
