## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责统筹居家养老品牌宣传工作，搭建标准化宣传物料体系，对接公司内外部宣传渠道，开展日常宣传工作；
- 负责调研收集业务渠道营销宣传需求，协同渠道部门设计策划营销宣传方案，并推动线上线下营销活动的落地；
- 负责编写标准化的培训材料，并协助业务渠道部门推动居家养老业务的培训工作；
- 负责统计寿险协同数据，分析协同成效。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、媒体广告、社会保障、养老服务、公共管理、保险金融等相关专业；
- 具有市场营销或者新媒体运营实习经历，具备养老行业实习经验者优先；
- 内容创作能力强，可独立撰写各类宣传文稿，包括推文、新闻稿、活动文案、海报文案、短视频脚本等；
- 具备媒体对接和推广运营能力，熟悉线上主流宣传渠道的运营模式，了解策划实施“线上+线下宣传”工作流程；
- 熟练掌握图文排版、图片处理、视频剪辑等技能。
