## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 组织完成中心支公司下达的各项KPI指标。
- 根据机构相关政策、方针，制定相应计划，指导所在四级机构经营方向，实现队伍的良性发展。
- 进行方向指导，建设四级机构队伍架构。
- 指导所在机构组训等岗位人员工作，更好做好业务推动和新增。
- 实现所在四级机构人力突破，带动人力实现正成长。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，拥护中国共产党的领导和社会主义制度，遵守国家法律法规，认同公司文化和各项规章制度。
- 品行端正，恪守职业道德和行业行为准则，无不良历史记录。
- 具备大学本科及以上学历。
- 身体健康，能够满足岗位工作需要，“90后”优秀年轻干部人才优先，中共党员和中共预备党员优先。
- 过往工作绩效表现良好。
- 符合监管任职资格条件以及履职回避等规定要求。
