## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责承接业务需求，进行用户研究与市场分析。定义产品的功能范围、优先级与迭代路线图，撰写需求文档与原型，协调设计、开发、测试资源，推动产品上线并对业务成果负责。

### Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，统计、精算、管理、保险、计算机及其他相关专业；；
- 具有8年及以上互联网或寿险科技产品相关工作经验，有寿险行业CRM、权益体系、营运、内控、APP等领域的产品经理经验者为佳，曾负责过寿险行业大型科技产品的规划、运营与落地，带领过十人以上产品团队；
- 熟悉寿险行业CRM、权益体系、营运、内控、对客APP的产品结构、作业流程，在运营活动的策划设计方面有丰富经验，能够通过数据分析产品的价值呈现和待改进点，负责过客户满意度、活跃度、转化率等业务指标并有较好的成绩；
- 有较好的数据分析能力，擅长从数据中找问题；有较强的文字功底和写作能力，熟悉各类产品分析报告；良好的统筹规划能力、沟通和表达能力；具有强烈的责任心和抗压能力。
