## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责中支银行渠道、财富渠道团队的日常管理工作；
- 负责本渠道业务经营计划并督导实施；
- 负责本渠道开拓、维护与经营，业务推动与支持；
- 负责团队人员的日常指导与培训，讲师及课程管理；
- 负责本渠道队伍绩优建设、荣誉体系建设相关工作的推动落实，追踪反馈；
- 根据业务节奏制定销售支持活动企划方案制定、推动及工作支持等工作；
- 负责本渠道客户资源的综合管理及开发利用。
- 完成上级交办的其他事项。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质好，品德端正，身体健康。
- 原则上年龄40岁及以下，大学本科及以上学历，中共党员、优秀年轻干部优先。
- 具备寿险公司3年及以上从业经历，且相关条线2年及以上基层管理经验，特别优秀的，可适当放宽要求。
- 熟悉银行保险业务，具备岗位所需的工作经验及专业技能，具有较好的综合管理、渠道开拓、沟通协调能力。
- 过往工作绩效表现良好。
- 符合任职回避要求、背景调查口碑良好、人事档案完整、无其他内外部规定的不得任用情况。
