## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制度规划，制定完备、及时的外训管理机制，涉及流程、系统和实施管理；
- 根据总、分、支重点合作行需求，对标同业先进标准，搭建对应的培训课程体系；
- 外训培训支持，协调内外讲师资源管理与课程资料，提供外训策划、方案制定与实施支持；
- 为全国性银行推动活动提供会议及专业授课支持。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、金融、教育相关专业优先；
- 具有5年及以上相关的工作经验，熟悉寿险销售流程及产品体系；
- 具备较强的学习能力，熟练使用办公软件，文字功底扎实；
- 具备较强的沟通及协作能力，工作适用性强，具有一定的抗压能力。
