## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.

### 队伍发展规划与督导

负责营销渠道队伍发展计划制定、下达与实施推动集；负责营销队伍KPI分析；负责队伍发展经验总结与推广。 2.

### 招募甄选

负责落地增员模式、标准与流程；落地推招募甄选支持工具；设招募活动、开发相关工具并组织实施。

### Qualifications
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历。
- 保险学、金融学、管理学、经济学等相关专业优先。
- 有相关同业组织发展工作经验者优先。 3.具备良好的组织沟通和协调能力，强烈的责任心及良好的职业操守。
- 中共党员与中共预备党员优先。
