## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 关联方和关联交易的识别，关联方维护，关联交易审批、报告、自查等；
- 合同管理制度的细化与执行、合同管理系统的管理；
- 审核公司对外签署的合同文本，参与合同谈判；
- 审核保险业务合作协议；
- 合同示范文本的制定、管理及出具签署合同授权委托书；
- 指导、检查下属机构合同管理；
- 律所的管理。

### Qualifications
- 研究生学历，法学相关专业，通过法律职业资格考试者优先；
- 具有企业法务经验、律所实务工作经验者优先；
- 熟悉民法典、保险法等相关法律法规及监管政策。
