## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 组织完成各项经营计划指标，做好上级工作精神的学习和传达。根据相关政策、方针，制定相应的工作计划，坚定高质量发展道路，实现良性发展。
- 领导并辅导本部门员工，通过有效的团队管理和培训，助力中支高质量发展。
- 严格执行公司相关制度规定，合规经营，夯实基础管理。

### Qualifications
- 政治素质较好，理想信念坚定，能自觉拥护中国共产党的领导，中共党员优先。有正确的价值观，热爱寿险行业，认同新华文化，恪守职业道德，能遵守行业行为准则及各项规章制度。
- 学历为大学本科及以上。
- 至少具有大型寿险公司5年及以上从业经历，具备大型寿险公司中支部门负责人工作经历者优先。特别优秀者可适当放宽要求。
- 过往工作绩效表现良好，工作思路清晰，工作执行力强，具有较强的服务一线意识、合规风控意识、市场竞争意识、成本效益意识，对目标执着且有韧性。
- 身体健康，能够满足岗位工作需要。符合履职回避等规定要求，不存在其他不适合任职的情形。
