## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 账户层面资产和负债端协同联动相关工作，制定分账户投资指引和考核方案；
- 跟踪分账户资产配置政策执行情况，提出账户层面调整资产配置的建议，完成账户分析报告；
- 定期检视和核算账户层面收益达成情况，完成账户评价报告；
- 账户层面监管报送；
- 其他账户管理相关工作。

### Qualifications
- 硕士研究生及以上学历；
- 金融、保险、精算、金融工程等相关专业，通过或部分通过CFA、FRM、CPA考试的优先考虑，具有保险投资账户管理经验的优先考虑；
- 较好的投资分析能力、逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力，并具备较强的文字表达能力；
- 执行力强，有良好的团队协作精神，工作认真，严谨细致；
- 责任心强，能接受一定强度的工作压力，有创新性。
