## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责银行总对总、分行及网点渠道的开拓、维护与深度运营，建立稳定合作关系，统筹渠道政策对接、资源争取与关系管理。
- 制定银保渠道年度/季度业务计划、推动方案与营销策略，确保保费、期交、价值率等核心指标达成；负责业务数据分析、复盘与策略优化。
- 负责银保团队搭建、人员招聘、绩效考核、日常管理与激励；开展产品、销售技能、合规风控培训，提升团队专业能力与产能。
- 组织网点沙龙、产说会、培训宣讲、专项冲刺等推动活动，统筹物料、流程与落地执行，提升网点动销率与销售效率。
- 完成上级交办的渠道拓展、跨部门协同、报表报送及专项工作。

### Qualifications
- 具有多年保险行业或相关金融行业的营销管理工作经验，特别是在银代渠道建设、团队管理、产品销售等方面，具有3年以上丰富经验者优先。
- 本科及以上学，金融、保险、经济、市场营销、管理类相关专业优先，党员优先。
- 具有开拓意识；具备扎实的销售管理和渠道管理知识；优秀的沟通协调能力、团队领导能力和项目管理能力。
