## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责政策法规研究，行业及客户调研，业务规划；
- 负责家办体系建设搭建，资源开拓、服务开发与运营质量管理；
- 组织协调内部专家为一线队伍提供赋能支持。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，经济、金融、保险、工商管理等相关专业；
- 具备2年以上工作经验，善于开展政策研究及行业调研，能够结合公司实际制定业务规划并跟进落地执行；
- 具有良好的全局性思维、系统性思维和创新思维，有良好执行力以及组织协调能力、文字和口头表达能力。
