## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责养老管家团队建设.管家工作规划.管家日常培训及管理等工作;
- 负责管家团队的客户服务标准及考核管理相关SOP的制定;
- 负责居家养老服务管家坐席端系统需求及测试等工作。

### Qualifications

1.原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历 2.3年以上养老服务行业或客户坐席服务管理相关背景，了解养老管家的相关服务内容； 3.有一定统筹能力，规划能力和逻辑思维能力； 4.沟通能力强，思维敏捷，具备发现问题、解决问题的能力。
