## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定银保高客经营规划，规划银保客户服务生态体系；
- 分析行业案例与市场趋势，推进银行业务客户经营模式迭代升级;
- 组织银行高净值客户活动策划、推动及工具支持；
- 组织召开高客经营会议，指导机构推进高客体系落地建设。

### 独立方向
- 针对保险金信托、家办、法税、财富管理等领域为一线销售提供专业支持。

### Qualifications
- 原则上应具有硕士研究生及以上学历，保险、金融、市场营销、统计、新闻传播学等相关专业优先；
- 具有银行或保险行业实习经验或参与过金融产品推广、客户活动策划等项目者优先；
- 对高净值客户财富管理需求、康养、信托等金融服务有认知，具备主动学习、研究意识；
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备课件制作与授课能力；
- 具备较强的沟通及协作能力，较强的抗压能力和多任务处理能力；

### 独立方向
- 具备2年以上保险金信托、家办、法税、财富管理等领域相关工作经验。
